The Emerald Classic is one of the premier Hunter/Jumper Horse Shows in the Northwest. Donida Farm Equestrian Center, a world class training and show facility, has been a pillar in the Northwest Equestrian community for over 30 years. The farm is located in Auburn, Washington just minutes from Enumclaw and 40 miles south of Seattle. The facility is spectacular with over 80 acres of beautifully manicured grounds and a fabulous view of Mt. Rainier. The Emerald Open Jumper Classic is the main attraction of the competition. It is a single event featuring the Northwest’s top competitors vying for monetary award. The Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic features the best of the Junior and Adult Amateur Jumpers while the Hunter Classics showcase cream of the crop Hunter competition. Each ring in which the competitors ride is sponsored, with the higher profile ring providing the most fan exposure for the sponsors. Sponsors also have the opportunity to advertise with an individual jump within the ring. The jump is custom designed and built for the sponsor. Events other than the Classics are generally divided into Divisions. Within Divisions there are three or four individual classes. With all of these various options available for sponsorship, competitors are provided with a high level of competition and businesses are offered wide exposure.
